When we first asked this question months ago, the survey results were a little disheartening – especially from a classic shareholder communications perspective. “Once a quarter” and “never” were tied for first place. But now, the results averaged that proactive news communications is a clear lead.
Not without bias, I’d like to self-servingly report that sending more and more and more press releases is the action item…. but it’s balanced to say that investors also receive IR news via other channels aka: social media. That’s the newest tile in the shareholder communications mosaic.
